1. Scope

These Terms apply to DaTracker digital products, website content, and DaTracker-managed community access. Purchases processed through Whop are also subject to Whop platform terms, including the Buyer Terms available at whop.com/buyer-terms.

2. Product Access

DaTracker License grants access to the desktop application under a personal, non-transferable license. DaCreators Room access is tied to your active purchase status and may include separate monthly membership terms described on the product checkout page.

3. Community Access Included With License

Where stated on product pages, the general trading community is included at no additional cost with a valid DaTracker License purchase. Premium or separate add-on communities may still require their own subscription.

4. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Payments are processed by Whop or other listed checkout providers. Any refund policy, chargeback handling, taxes, and billing rules follow the checkout terms presented at time of purchase and applicable platform rules.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not resell, reverse-engineer, share unauthorized copies, abuse community channels, spam, harass members, or use the service for unlawful activity. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations.

6. Educational Content Disclaimer

DaTracker and associated community content are for education and tooling support only. Nothing on this site, in the app, or in the community is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Trading involves risk and past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Intellectual Property

All DaTracker branding, software, documentation, and website materials are owned by DaTracker unless stated otherwise. No ownership rights are transferred to users through purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DaTracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, missed opportunities, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates become effective once posted on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
